We cannot make reservations. First come first served basis.

It has happened many times, a client calls up, said he/she is overseas but is a definite buyer for a watch, gave us their credit card nos as proof & will turn up on a date to pay & collect. When the day comes, they have a thousand & one reason to reject the deal & some don't even turn up or answer our calls. Meanwhile, we have buyers for the watch & cannot sell because of the reservation. In the end, we lose all clients & sale. Therefore, if you really want to buy from us, please get someone to place a non-refundable deposit before you can come personally to pay/collect. We often have few buyers contending for one watch so please do make haste to avoid disappointment. Thank you.

Consignment items

We cannot offer warranty on these items because we usually make between US$60-300 on them & do not charge any fees to the owner while making sure they are in good working order & genuine.

We do not post your consigned items on our website & there is a fee of S$150 per watch/page. Web designers are charging S$250/page & we have a worldwide 24hrs/8yrs web presence. We spend about US$20000 for A & P annually while we have also won the highest web traffic visit in Singapore for 2005. Any web company will be charging a lot of money for people to advertise in their site with some costing hundreds of thousands per/yr. Do you know it costs more than US$1million just to sponsor the word "Rolex" in yahoo?!

Payment & Singapore Credit Card Installment Plans.

All prices are firm & we can only accept UOB & DBS cards for local installment plans. We also accept standard VISA, Mastercard, Amex & Diners credit cards in our galleries. Please check with our sales consultant for details. We can only accept wire transfer for mail-delivery orders, no credit cards. For cash purchases, we do give a 3% discount on our prices unless otherwise stated.

Pictures

All pictures are the actual watches & taken by our in-house photographer. We do not make copies from catalogues or other suppliers. Some pictures may be repeated as the particular watch is a common model & has similar specifications.
