This is the most popular chronograph made by Chopard & it commemorates the famous Mille Miglia ~1000 miles vintage car Rally held in Italy annually where Chopard is a major sponsor.

This watch is a special limited edition of 2004 pcs made specially for the 2004 Mille Miglia rally which featured a solid steel back instead of the regular exhibition glass. This solid steel back has a motif of the famous Mille Miglia arrow with a pre-war Alfa Romeo racing car. This example bears a very desirable no.1380 out of 2004 made. There are several editions of this model & all are collectibles especially if you're a fan of classic racing cars & chronographs.

This is a one owner's watch that comes with all accessories & it's in excellent condition when we acquired it so it wasn't polished. The case has a perfect profile without dents and just some usual handling hairlines while the bezel & back cover are nearly perfect. This watch was obviously carefully worn otherwise a heavily used piece would have the black painted nos on the bezel worn out and the raised motif on the back cover would be rubbed off but everything on this watch appears to be sharp & clear just like new. The original leather strap is used but in decent condition.
