This is the Octa Flyback Chronographe, the first chronograph by the firm which is based on the in-house manufacture movement and the world's first chronograph that offers a 5 days (120hrs) power reserve, fly-back chronograph and big-date functions. It was made between 2005 and 2008 so very little numbers were ever created. It is also a very slim watch with just 1mm added to the base movement, a revolutionary idea by François Paul Journe to combine several elements when creating it. This watch was returned to the Geneva factory and underwent a 6 months overhaul program costing a hefty CHF3500 with invoice. Our local agent quoted a minimum of S$10K to do the same job. Such is the exorbitant cost of watch maintenance today but if you have the resources then savings can be had.

In any case, this specimen has completed the important factory service and works in perfect order so your concern is addressed and the watch can be immediately enjoyed. The platinum case and buckle were polished to perfection while a very valuable double-sided alligator strap worth nearly S$1000 is fitted to the watch which adds tremendous appeal. This watch is good as new now and sold with remaining factory warranty till April 2017.
