About This Watch

Pre-owned. Comes with orig. wooden box (no outer box) no manual/paper but has service receipt from factory. This collectible JLC Amvox 2 Chronograph is a one owner's watch but he has misplaced the accessories. However, the watch was maintained by the agent & sent back to factory as only they are authorised to work on this highly complicated watch. It has been polished & used with minor surface hairlines only while the original strap is still good, it will benefit with a new strap.

The Amvox two is a collaboration between British suprcar maker Aston Martin & Jaeger LeCoultre it features a world first start, stop & return function by pressing onto the glass instead of the traditional buttons while the moving components are actually visible @ 6 o'clock.

This is a highly collectible timepiece for it's groundbreaking construction, complications, co-branding & exclusivity in numbers.

The traditional chronograph has always have at least one or up to three push buttons for it's functions but in the Amvox 2, Jaeger LeCoultre created a watch without the pushers & the stop watch function is activated by pressing on top of the watch. Pressing the glass @ 12 starts & stops the chronograph while pressing @ 6 resets it. A push lever on the side lets you lock & unlock this feature. They named it Vertical-trigger Chronograph.
