This is an older lady's Omega Constellation in a decent sized 27.5mm model & factory details are available here.

This watch received a full works in Jan 2019 where the case+bracelet were polished, movement was stripped and overhauled. It has a luxury dial with 11pc brilliant cut diamonds as hour indexes. Long bracelet for most wrists.
