About This Watch

Pre-owned. Comes with orig. wooden box+outer box, polishing cloth, tag, manual, spare crystal, extra strap (unused) & dated paper. No rubber cap. This is a one owner's watch & only saw little use with an after-market strap so the watch is still in spendid condition now & didn't need a polish. There are no dents or visible major scratches while the acrylic crystal has a few fine surface scratches that'll buff out easily. The original straps & buckle are brand new & never used while the after market strap has been returned to the owner.

Why is it so hot? Well, look @ the dial & compare this to the original vintage Panerai and you'll realised that they look rather identical which is what collectors really want. A pure, classical Panerai watch that's connected to it's ancestors while the movement is a beauty to look at and to top off, a plexiglass crystal is fitted just like the originals!

Notable features of this new movement are: When setting time, the hour hand does rapid change by jumping in hourly sectors so it doesn't interfere with the minute hand or movement of the mechanism like traditional engines. It also has a large 13.2mm balance wheel with variable inertia so adjustment of timing is possible via the screws on the wheel rim.
