This Patek Philippe Ref.5396G Annual Calendar watch is a rare find in the pre-owned market as it is a one owner's watch in excellent original & unpolished condition with just a few fine surface hairlines on the flat bezel that can be easily removed upon request. The original dark brown alligator strap is lightly used with some age on the lining only but otherwise it will continue to serve you well.

This is a desirable model launched in mid 2000 to much applause & quickly snapped up by collectors then as the windows display reminds us of the stellar Ref.3450 Perpetual Calendar from the 1980s. This particular "Scientific" or "Sector" dial is inspired by 1930s style but has been discontinued now & replaced with a simpler silver-opaline dial. The production period for this exact model is just a few years but we wouldn't know how many were made as factory never release details of such.
