About This Watch

Pre-owned. Comes with orig. large wooden boxes, manual, doc & dated paper in pouch.

This watch has been with our vendor for over ten years and maintained by Patek Philippe with a last service by the Parisian Patek service center in Nov 2010 with receipt. Case is in splendid condition with very light wear and sharp edges so no over polishing noted. The original strap is used and usable while a new strap is S$620 from Patek.

The Ref.5070G is a highly collectible timepiece and a legend in it's own right. First launched in 1998, it was the first new chronograph by the factory for over 40yrs and many collectors hunted for it back then and even more so now. The 42mm case remains one of the largest ever made in the past few decades and thus is very appealing to collectors now. It is also fitted with the Lemania based movement that has been discontinued in the Patek Philippe offers. Here's a good article on this watch by Hodinkee.

Dial Silvered with 2 registers & signed in gold. Applied yellow golf Arabic numerals & tachymetre scale+minutes and seconds divisions on perimeter
Straps Fitted with orig. black alligator L/strap (used) & signed 18KWG deployant buckle
