Vintage. Comes with a 1980's Rolex lady's box and no papers.

This is a very attractive lady's cocktail watch from the 1960s era when ladies and men wear small watches then.

Rolex has stopped making such watches and this was one of the smallest movement ever produced by them. The diamonds could be after-market but the workmanship is truly exquisite and above average quality so they might be original but we are selling it as not and priced accordingly. This watch has been sent to a reputable gemologist and the 26 diamonds are graded to weigh a total of approx.1.45 carats & colour are near colourless which is very desirable.

The 18ct white gold bracelet is an after-market addition which is a very common practice up to 1980s due to import duties. Retailers usually sold the watch only and clients would choose precious-metal bracelets of their choice to be fitted by their local jewellers. The movement shines as new and works very well but this watch is not water resistant so please keep away from moisture.

This Rolex Orchid retains the original dial that has yellowed over time but the images exaggerate more than it should as it is very much silverish now. The word Orchid is printed in red above the 6 o'clock baton just like how Rolex prints Daytona in red.

A very pretty watch for the elegant lady that will last many decades to come and quality pieces like this are rare. She will be a conversational piece anywhere; attracting many admirers.
