About This Watch

Vintage. No box/paper. This beautiful early lady's Rolex is fitted with one of the better movements available @ that time. Upon closer inspection, we found that this watch is in very nice original condition throughout except a few items such as the crystal, crown (Rolex never signed their crowns @ this time but this could be an original) & a replaced bracelet @ later time. The bracelet is not critical since Rolex don't make their own bracelets back then & owners could replace it with any bracelets they fancy. The original dial is very attractive & in good condition while the hands are most interesting as Rolex rarely uses such fancy hands. This watch was cased in England with English hallmarks & fully signed by Rolex. The movement is in very good condition and a service will see it working well again. This watch was most likely sold in the British market. Case is also in very good condition with the hinge working seamlessly & back cover snapping tightly while the serial nos are all visible.

Highly collectible timepiece. This watch is not water & shockproof. Keep it away from water & don't ever drop it or overwind the mechanism.

Consignment item. Sold "as is" without our warranty & watch has not been serviced for a decade. It works now and will benefit with a fresh service (payable) but we will not guarantee accuracy as this watch is 80+/- years old.
