Watch is in splendid condition, never polished and presents almost new with a perfect glass. A new battery has been fitted in May 2018 and it works seamlessly. This is not a water resistant watch so please keep it away from moisture. The Louis Tank was a very popular model in the 90s and early 2000 due to it's low S$2-3K+ pricing for a new watch but has since been discontinued and replaced by solid gold pieces costing over S$12000 now.

Worn by Louis Cartier himself, the Tank Louis Cartier watch sets the standard for all Tank watches. Embodying the contribution of Louis Cartier to "modern style," later known as Art Deco, the tops of the lugs were rounded in contrast to the previously fashionable rectangular form.

Don't worry about the discoloration on the edges of the gold case as they can be polished away.
