Ordering Watches from Passions

How to Buy? (Local Customer)
If you are a local buyer, simply pay direct at our retail shops in Funan Digitalife Mall for Singapore & Bangsar Village One in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.  For cash/cheque terms you will get a 3% discount.

How to Buy? (Overseas Customer)
For overseas buyers, please call us or send us an email. We will provide you with the total inclusive of shipping and insurance costs.
 
Once we have agreed on the deal, the watch will be reserved for up to 3 days to allow you to execute a bank transfer payment.  We do not accept credit card, Paypal or Escrow due to online credit card frauds.

During the reservation period, we reserve the right to sell the watch to anyone who pays first.
 
Upon receipt of payment, your watch will be packed and shipped to you.  A tracking number will also be provided to you. One week later, we will follow up to confirm receipt of your watch in good condition.


Selling Watches to Passions

To sell your watch, please call +65 6334 2221 for our purchasing department to fix an appointment within our operating hours of 12 noon to 8pm daily except for Sundays when we close at 6pm. We do not provide quotations over telecommunications or emails.

Kindly bring along your watch, its inner and outer boxes as well as warranty cards, purchase & servicing receipts, extra links etc.

We buy major brands and models listed on our website.


Payment Methods

We can only accept wire transfer (Telegraphic Transfer=T/T) for internet purchases. It takes 1-3 working days to clear. Please contact Passions for the bank details. Please pay the agreed amount in your currency or Singapore dollars equivalent as stated in our website. NOT from the exchange rate from your local bank. Please do pay for your own bank's fees & commissions. We need to receive the exact amount & reserve the rights to decline the sale if the funds received is not met to pre-sale agreement.

We cannot accept any credit cards for internet orders.

For clients who come to our galleries in Singapore, we do accept cash and cheque payment. All cheques must be cleared by our bank and credited into our account before we can release the purchase. We do accept major credit cards like Diners, JCB, Visa, Mastercard & American Express. There will be some extra bank's charges on different cards.

Payment with Singapore Credit Card Installment Plans.

All prices are firm & we can only accept UOB, HSBC & Diners cards for Singapore installment plans. For Malaysia, we have installment plan for HSBC cards only. We also accept standard VISA, Mastercard, Amex & Diners credit cards in our galleries. Please check with our sales consultant for details.

We can only accept wire transfer for mail-delivery orders, no credit cards.

For cash purchases, we do give a 3% discount on our prices unless otherwise stated.


Reservation of Watches

We do not take reservations.


Shipping Information

We ship worldwide unless our insurance or shipping company refuses it due to security reasons. A tracking number will be issued to you once your item has been sent.

1st CLASS -FedEx-International Priority. Fast and safe with tracking system. 1-4 working days. Min US$50 & above

2nd CLASS -EMS Speedpost. Safe with tracking system. 2-10 working days. Price is fair. Min US$30 & above. The prices listed above are for items weighing less than 500gm.

We can split the parcel in two packages for a watch with boxes & accessories. The watch first, followed by the boxes & accessories. The second parcel will be sent via Air-parcel(7-21 working days). This is to prevent theft & customs inspection. However, if the second parcel goes missing or stolen(Very rarely). We cannot help as it's not insured for & you cannot reject the watch. Hence, we advise that the watch with the accessories be shipped together.

CUSTOM DUTIES/TAXES - All buyers are responsible for any custom duties and taxes incurred, if any. Please check with your local customs for details.

PACKAGING IS FREE - unless the item requires special packaging.

Shipping Insurance

Insurance is extra & based on 1% of the valued item with a minimum of US$20.00 & above. Items above US$30,000 may not be insured as there is a limit on high value items to some countries.

We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage if you decline not to have the insurance. All insured items that are lost will be subjected to investigations & conclusions done by the insurance and shipping companies before any payments are made. This may take more than 30 days to conclude.

Our insurance company operates from Monday to Friday and we cannot send anything over the weekend. Please understand if there is a delay for shipment due to this.
