It's human nature to bargain. @ Passions, time is very precious to us and you. We don't have the time to haggle over prices with you over emails etc. All prices stated are nett and transparent for you, wherever you are and is fair for all. They are already heavily discounted from retail.

We spend a lot of time to price our products competively and the quality of our products are second to none. We are the pioneer in this industry by setting a very strict criteria for our products before they are presented to you. Most if not all of our pre-owned watches can be easily passed off as new pieces.

For customers who pay cash, you do get an additional 3% discount (Unless otherwise stated) on the listed prices as we are passing the credit card merchant charges back to you as your savings.

For consignment items, you may make a reasonable offer and we can help you to present it to the owner. Afterall, we're here to help everybody but please take note that we will not reply to unreasonable offers. We're not operating a street market stall here.

We are not an authorised dealer for any watch brands but we work closely with the authorised dealers. You pay and we deliver! Yes, we've sealed thousands of deals with collectors, suppliers & dealers all over the world. We do not advertise much as our reputation is passed-on through recommendation from friends. Yes, most of our clients become our friends after a while. We invite you to visit us anytime for a chat & you do not need to buy anything. Afterall, watch collecting is a hobby & a hobby is to be enjoyed.

There's thousands of watch websites with millions of shoppers and crooks as well. Yes, there's always crooks out there that cheat on people in any businesses. Our advice is always buy from a reputable place or people with proper credentials. We & many others have been ripped-off by crooks on the Internet & most of the time, the police can't do anything.... We have helped several people all over the world to recover losses & vice versa. Remember "Any bargain that's too good is never good!"

For online overseas buyers, we can only accept bank to bank telegraphic transfers (TT or wire transfer). Please email us for our bank details. We do not accept credit cards, cashier's order, Paypal or escrow. This is to protect us against potential fraud and disputes with credit card companies.

For clients who come to our galleries, we do accept cash, credit cards & cheque payment (To be cleared by bank first).

The shipping and insurance costs are based on the weight of the watch & boxes + the value of the watch. Hence it has to be provided on a quote by quote basis. Drop us an email and we will assist you.

1st CLASS -FedEx-International Priority. Fast and safe with tracking system. 1-4 working days. Min US$50 & above
2nd CLASS -EMS Speedpost. Safe with tracking system. 2-10 working days. Price is fair. Min US$30 & above. The prices listed above are for items weighing less than 500gm.

We normally ship in two packages for a watch with boxes & accessories. The watch first, followed by the boxes & accessories. The second parcel will be sent via Air-parcel(7-21 working days). This is to prevent theft & customs inspection. However, if the second parcel goes missing or stolen(Very rarely). We cannot help as it's not insured & you cannot reject the watch. Hence, we advise that the watch with the accessories be shipped together.

CUSTOM DUTIES/TAXES - All buyers are responsible for any custom duties and taxes incurred, if any. Please check with your local customs for details
PACKAGING IS FREE - unless the item requires special packaging.

Insurance
Insurance is extra & based on 1% of the valued item with a minimum of US$20.00 & above. Items above US$30000 may not be insured as there is a limit on high value items to some countries.
We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage if you decline not to have the insurance. All insured items that are lost will be subjected to investigations & conclusions done by the insurance and shipping companies before any payments are made. This may take more than 30 days to conclude.
Our insurance company operates from Monday to Friday and we cannot send anything over the weekend. Please understand if there is a delay for shipment due to this

We ship to all major cities around the world as long as our shipping company and insurers are willing to support it.

We are registered with the Singapore Police Force and have a special license to operate this business.

We are also registered with the ACRA (Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority) in Singapore with a start up capital of S$100,000.00.

We are also closely linked with the watch industry in the region and are well recommended by our regular clientele, local and regional media. Some of our regular clients include VIPs & Head of State.

I'm afraid we cannot accept reservation. Most of our watches are only presented one @ a time and we do not have a spare for the same condition & price.

We have experienced many times when a client reserved a watch only to regret it later and we have countless others who wanted to purchase it but couldn't. In the end, everybody is disappointed. Therefore, to be fair. Anyone who takes the effort to be the first to visit and pay for the watch has the right to purchase.

We have also experienced many times when a few clients rushed over and argue over who came first to purchase the watch. This can be quite a scene

For overseas clients, we do allow you to reserve a watch for 3 working days but you must make the effort to arrange for payment during this period or the watch will be automatically released for sale again.

We reserve the right to sell the watch to anyone @ anytime.

We buy from you! Yes, we have collectors trading or selling watches to us almost everyday and we also purchase from authorised dealers, wholesalers or agents. There are many reasons why people sell their watches & we don't ask why as long as they are legitimate & when both parties can agree on the price. It's a deal!

We are a registered 2nd hand dealer with the Singapore authorities.

We often get brand new watches with special discounts due to the supplier's write down or overstocked items.

We are very stringent when purchasing stocks & we demand the best condition with or without the accessories. Almost all of our watches are polished & serviced to meet the "As New" condition. In fact, many of them are in near new condition as our clients take great care of their watches.

Sometimes, we may replace the straps (Original & non-original) when it's too old. However, watches are subjected to handling & always get some fine hairlines or knocks as this is normal even from authorised dealers selling brand new watches. So, don't be alarmed when you see a tiny chip on the bezel. We can be fix it for you.

To sell your watch, please call (65) 65330030  for our purchasing department to fix an appointment within our operating hours of 11.30 to 8pm daily except for Sundays when we close at 6pm. We do not provide valuations over the phone or email.
