Pre-owned & near mint. Comes complete with it's original Private Collection box set & a set of wooden boxed tool kit to let you appreciate this fine watch & has it's manual & dated paper in a pouch. This Cartier Tonneau watch was purchased from one of the larger authorised retailer in Hong Kong & the owner paid S$35,000 for it. It has been carefully used & shows very little wear throughout while the original strap is still in fabulous condition. It has a two digits serial number is production is very small for such watches.

This is a very rare watch as even Singapore Cartier retailers & boutiques do not have it while they claimed that it has been discontinued. The Tonneau has been in production since the 1910s & we've sold several variants of it but this is the first time we've seen one in XL size & Platinum. The size is large & the weight is desirable while the finishing is simply impeccable. For those who appreciate Cartier watches, the Privee Collezione is the Masterpiece Collection from Cartier where the finest materials & movements are used & often, only produced in their Paris factory. The dials are made from solid 18K gold then hand guilloché, silvered & printed with the iconic black Roman nos etc. The movements are usually sourced from Piaget, Federique Piguet, GP & sometimes commissioned.

This fine timepiece is now offered for about 50% off retail & this is a discount you'll never get from the boutiques or even retailers not to mention that this is from the Private Collection model. This is a collector's item which is very rare in the pre-owned world @ a price not to be missed.
