This is a splendid example of a typical WWI era wristwatch worn by Americans a century ago and many would go to the great War in Europe wearing one of this hence they are often nicknamed as Trench watch after the trench warefare in the European theatre.

This watch was made in United States and has a perfect kiln fired white enamel dial that has a natural uneven surface but it will remain flawless for millennias until someone cracks it. The alloy case is marked with matching nos stamped throughout. Movement shines with decoration, signed and numbered but most importantly, she keeps time within 2 mins a day which is fantastic for a centurion. Some of the original radium remains on the hands and dial but please keep them as it is now for the authenticity, we can wash them away for a clinical-look but it would lose it's vintage appeal.

This watch has a very large 16mm lug size so finding a strap is easier. Regular Stem (crown) set and 15 winds to full.

Dial White enamel in perfect condition with a sinken small seconds. Black skeletal Arabic numerals for radium and a red 12. Railway track minute divisions
Straps Fitted with a new black leather strap with screw-on rivets
Hands Blued steel skeletal spade hands
