This Patek Philippe is well over a century old and cased by the Swiss factory with matching serial nos. The movement is jewelled to the center & features a snail-style fine regulator. It has a heavy case and was sold to the Patek sole agent (Seul agent) retailer A Carassale based in Montevideo, Capitol of Uruguay. So this watch was for the South American market.

The solid pink gold case is polished and back cover shows some wear to the edge of the decorative guilloché pine-cone pattern due to years of handling. Otherwise, there's little wear throughout & a perfect white enamel dial (no cracks nor hairlines) with little flakes to the edge (common) @ 6 minute mark which cannot be seen as it's blocked by the bezel.

A heavy and pretty watch not to be missed.

It takes about 17 winds on the crown to full power reserve.
